Provided Production Managment and Event Technical Direction
NE Production had the privilege of providing comprehensive support to the Alongi Media team during the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Serving as both production manager and Event Technical Director, our involvement spanned a six-month period, from February to the conclusion of the convention. Overseeing a diverse team of over 250 contractors and vendors across various disciplines, including Audio, Lighting, Rigging, LED, Set Design, Set Fabrication, Staging, and coordination with the Secret Service, NE Production played a pivotal role in project leadership, including contracting, team management, and daily production operations.
